I was born & raised in a sleepy little town in Nowhere, USA. With the lack of outside entertainment, I lived through my imagination & creativity. One of my favorites ways to create was photography.

My grandmother was a professional photographer, and I had the joy of spending countless hours adventuring through nature, learning to see things in new & through new perspectives on life.

Grandma was passionate and fearless, and she inspires me to this day. JVD Photography: Inspired Images comes from these beautiful memories as well as my desire to showcase the world around me, to see & share the beauty in the everyday.
